Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may no longer be able to accommodate your request, as the order may already be in processing. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items returned in their original packaging. However, we do not provide refunds for used, worn, or damaged items resulting from normal use or misuse. If you return an unauthorized item without valid reason or outside the 30-day period, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. All returns must be approved by our team before you send the product back. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please include your order number and the sender’s name in your return package to ensure fast processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, it may take up to 10 business days to inspect the items. After we confirm that the items are in good condition, the refund will be issued within 48 hours of receipt and approval of the returned package. If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed processing and successful refund, please contact your financial institution.

We do not provide refunds for used, worn, or damaged items resulting from normal use or misuse.

All refunds will be processed according to the original purchase in US dollars ($USD). Please note that customers are responsible for any fees related to foreign currency transactions or exchange rates.

Damaged Items

We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically damaged. Damage to packaging during shipping (such as dented boxes) where the product remains in good condition does not qualify as damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, send us an email and include a clear photo of the damage. We will then determine whether you are eligible for a free replacement. We do not provide refunds or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver your order promptly; however, we cannot accept responsibility for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other factors that may arise during transit. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier service directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
